1. Q: Where can I find information about your products?
A: You can browse our inventory on our website or visit our physical store locations for details on available products. Clothing items posted online will not be available in store, please process your order through our website and wait for your confirmation email to Pick up any clothing items in store. 

2. Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, cash, and, in some cases, online payment platforms (E-transfer).

3. Q: Can I return or exchange items I purchase?
A: Our return and exchange policy is detailed on our website. Generally, we do not accept returns, and conditions may apply.

4. Q: Are your products brand new or refurbished?
A: Our inventory includes a mix of brand new, overstock, and customer return items. Each product's condition is clearly indicated in the product description.

5. Q: How often do you restock your inventory?
A: Our inventory is updated regularly. Check our website frequently for new arrivals and restocked items.

6. Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing for bulk purchases?
A: Yes, we provide wholesale pricing for bulk orders. Contact our customer service for more information and to discuss your specific needs.

7. Q: What are your store hours? 
A: Monday to Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm | Saturday: 11:00am - 5:00pm | Sunday CLOSED (see the bottom of the websites homepage for any updated regarding store hours)

8. Q: Can I track my order once it's been shipped?
A: Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery. Local delivery orders will not receive a tracking number with their order.

9. Q: Are there any discounts or promotions available?
A: Check our website regularly for ongoing promotions and discounts. We may also offer exclusive deals to newsletter subscribers.

10. Q: How do I know what condition a product is in before I buy it?
A: On each posting there will be a provided description, the first bullet point will either say: Unopened Box/Package, Opened Box/Package, Used.

Unopened Box/Package - The item is unused. We received the item sealed with the original manufacturers packaging still in tact. We do not open these items from their original packaging.

Opened Box/Package - The box had been opened and we have inspected its contents to ensure all required items are accounted for. The item may not come with the original packaging and show signs of being a display product, but there are no signs of use.

Used - The item is fully functional with and in decent usable condition with visible signs of use by the previous purchaser. (ex: A humidifier with dry water spots)
